Warm earthy tones move through soft neutrals, deeper contrasts and unexpected touches of pink and teal, creating a painting that feels both energetic and balanced.
This work represents a shift in my practice — allowing instinct to lead, responding to each layer as it develops and resisting the urge to control where the painting should go.
At almost a metre square, it has a strong presence and is particularly suited to a contemporary interior where the colour and movement can become a focal point.
