Shipping

Every original painting by Arlene Peters is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully in its new home. Each piece is wrapped in protective layers, cushioned with foam corners, and secured inside a reinforced box. All orders are shipped fully tracked and insured.

United Kingdom

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

• Local pickup available in the North East (address provided after purchase)

Europe

• Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days
• Tracked & insured shipping
• Flat-rate pricing based on artwork size
• Import duties or VAT may apply depending on destination

A photograph of the fully packaged artwork is taken before dispatch for insurance and quality assurance.

Returns & Refunds

All original artworks are final sale due to their unique and one-of-a-kind nature.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will assist you with a suitable solution.

To report a delivery issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the artwork and any damage
• A brief description of the issue

Depending on the situation, I may offer repair, replacement (if applicable), or a refund.

Cancellations

Once an artwork has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Local Pickup

If collecting locally, please inspect the artwork at the time of pickup. Once collected, it is considered accepted in good condition.

European Duty Fees

European collectors may be responsible for import VAT or customs handling fees. These vary by country and are not included in the artwork price or shipping rate.
